Welcome to the mycelium

Forests are not, in fact, a collection of individual trees, plants, and animals, but instead they are intricately connected mega-organisms made up of an abundance of different life forms all constantly feeding and responding to each other. Beneath it all, the ground that holds the forests' roots, is anything but inert, it is teaming with that same intricate web of life. On hyphae highways fungal forms build the mycelium network. This is like a forest nervous system, a path of intellect, the natural thought.

So too then, we consider the neural network of mind and thought. We can grow forests with our ideas. We can explore, and feed, and grow.

Welcome then, my fellow fungal beings, to my own growing bit of mycelium.
